Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented marketing professional to help us make informed decisions. This role involves owning the data behind our customer journey and identifying areas for growth and improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to set up funnel tracking, evaluate creative performance, conduct competitive research, and uncover insights that inform acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and monitoring full-funnel tracking from ad click to sign-up and retention
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards showcasing conversion rates, drop-off points, and cohort behavior
  • Collaborating with growth and product teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements
  • Analyzing paid media and content campaign performance across channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, email)
  • Breaking down creative effectiveness by format, hook, CTA, and audience segment
  • Presenting actionable recommendations on what's working and where to iterate
  • Monitoring competitor strategies, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers
  • Compiling and presenting intelligence to inform our positioning, messaging, and creative tests
  • Preparing weekly/monthly marketing performance reports with high-level summaries and deep dives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or growth analytics role (bonus if in a startup or high-growth environment)
  • A strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel dynamics, and customer journeys
  • Proficiency in event-based analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions with data
