Behind the Scenes Expertise: A High-Value Role

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in our organization, you will play a vital role in empowering our virtual marketing assistants (Doers) to succeed.

Our commitment to real-time training, world-class systems, and expert support ensures that our Doers are equipped with the necessary tools to thrive.

In this position, you will work behind the scenes to provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving support to our Doers, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to internal chat inquiries from Doers, providing accurate and timely assistance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot complex issues in tools like Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and more.
  • Assist in resolving urgent Founder escalations by completing critical tasks during high-priority retention periods.
  • Create valuable resources, such as how-to guides, Loom videos, and SOPs, to address recurring knowledge gaps.
  • Work closely with DSLs, CX, Training, and QA teams to enhance systems and prevent repeat issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, VA support, or SME roles.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
