We are currently seeking a talented Space Planning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for architecture and design.

The ideal candidate will have experience in site visits, inspections, and the preparation of related reports. They should also be familiar with applicable codes, standards, and requirements.

A key responsibility of this role will be to create detailed floor plans for retail stores that are functional and aesthetically pleasing. The successful candidate will work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to develop store layouts that align with business goals.

The Space Planning Specialist will use CAD software to create floor plans, fixture layouts, and presentations. They will also be responsible for managing multiple projects and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have a strong understanding of retail operations, space planning, and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience

Construction supervision experience is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and other design tools

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Knowledge of retail operations, space planning, and industry best practices

Strong creative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience with project management software

Flexibility to travel for site visits and project coordination

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks

Must be residing in Manila or willing to relocate
