Job Description

Are you ready to start a new chapter in your career? We are seeking a talented Supply Officer to join our team.

The role is responsible for strategic procurement and efficient logistics planning of feedstocks, chemicals, and biomass to secure the flow of our operations and ensure their operating costs are at the lowest possible. You will also be tasked with doing supplier statement reconciliation regularly and supporting operations with purchasing issues for feedstocks, chemicals, and biomass.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the supply of quality feedstocks, biomass, and chemicals at the most competitive rates to ensure continuous operation
  • Negotiate rates, terms & conditions, review and request approval of SLAs in contracts with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply at the best landed cost
  • Act as the point of contact between suppliers and operations
  • Ensure PO balances are properly closed and payment requests match actual deliveries
  • Create supply plans and collaborate with Operations to improve supply strategic plans
  • Secure buyers for by-products of our operations with costs within or greater than the target price to ensure continuous operation and generate additional income
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners effectively to enable sound partnership arrangements
  • Prepare payment requests for suppliers accurately and timely and follow up with Accounting and Finance for payment processing and reconcile with suppliers on any payment balances
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are open to fresh graduates who have experience in the same role and/or supply chain certification. You should be willing to be assigned at our operations location.

What You Will Do

As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain of feedstocks, chemicals, and biomass. You will negotiate rates and terms with suppliers, manage relationships with strategic partners, and prepare payment requests for suppliers. You will also create supply plans and collaborate with Operations to improve supply strategic plans.
