About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant - Amazon Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Amazon product listings, performing regular housekeeping tasks, and verifying product data and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon Seller Central, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Listing Management:
    • Upload new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently.
    • Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings to ensure all information is current, compliant, and optimized.
    • Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
  • Account Support:
    • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks related to Amazon operations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for office needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing products on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
