Project Manager & Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled project manager and customer relations specialist to oversee construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Manage construction projects remotely, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and timelines.
  • Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
