The role of a Construction Manager involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare investment summaries for stakeholders.
  • Manage the pre-bid process and project execution planning.
  • Develop and order construction lists and systems.
  • Lead and facilitate pre-construction meetings and quality orientations.
  • Review construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Construction Phase:
  • Oversight of construction management to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections and deficiency checks to identify areas for improvement.
Post-Construction Phase:
  • Conduct a thorough quality audit before project completion.
  • Monitor project closeout procedures to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Approve contractor billings for accurate payment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 2-3 years of experience in fast-food, retail, or commercial construction.
  • Licence as an Engineer or Architect.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, project management, and quality audits.
  • Proficiency in local building codes.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and manage multiple projects in Metro South and South Luzon areas.
  • Availability to report in Ortigas, Pasig once a week.
