Graphic Design Virtual Assistant Job Description

About the Role

The position of a Graphic Design Virtual Assistant involves creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and marketing materials.

This requires utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging designs for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Create designs by hand or using digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop draft designs and revise based on feedback.
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications through proofreading and reviewing final designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good character and willingness to work on a graveyard shift is an asset.
  • At least one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.
