Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Digital Marketing and Brand Design Specialist. This position requires a unique blend of digital marketing expertise and brand design acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Newsletters and Campaigns:
    • Deliver two high-quality newsletters per month.
    • Develop and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
    • Provide regular performance reports (open rate, CTR, subscriber growth).
  • Content and Social Execution:
    • Create and publish at least eight social posts per month.
    • Collaborate with the video editor on video content.
    • Write, format, and publish one blog post each month to the company website.
    • Produce one case study each month in conjunction with the delivery team.
  • Lead Operations:
    • Import leads from Predictive Index three times per week.
    • Research and evaluate the suitability of all leads for our target market.
  • Brand and Design:
    • Deliver six to twelve creative assets per month (ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, merchandise, etc.).
    • Maintain a comprehensive brand asset library and ensure all visuals meet the highest standards.
    • Create sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers).
  • Reporting and Optimization:
    • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, newsletters, leads, social media, and YouTube.
    • Recommend at least one idea each month for optimization or creative experimentation.
