Property Asset Coordinator

This position involves coordinating a variety of tasks including property administration, data management, tenant interaction, and vendor liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Administration:
    • Assist in carrying out administrative tasks related to property such as lease coordination, rent collection, and eviction processes.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of property documents including lease agreements, maintenance records, and tenant information.
    • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance work orders.
  • Data Management:
    • Enter and update property and tenant information into the property management software system.
    • Process rental payments and other financial transactions.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Tenant Interaction:
    • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
    • Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs including conducting walkthroughs and processing security deposits.
    • Enforce lease terms and resolve tenant issues.
  • Vendor Liaison:
    • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair services.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
    • Oversee vendor performance and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with property management software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
