Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues within specified SLA timeframes.
  • Monitor and improve the accuracy and completeness of customer data for enhanced billing and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and deliver premium services.
  • Verify and authorize orders accurately and within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by implementing high-quality standards and attention to detail in work delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, solutions, and contracts to enhance service/lease revenue and customer satisfaction.
