Business Intelligence SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for generating insights from data and communicating them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Support internal analyses and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
  2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate findings.
  3. Provide subject-matter expertise during client meetings and support internal teams with analysis and insights.
Requirements
  1. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R.
  2. Proficiency in statistical modeling and experimental design, including sampling, confidence intervals, and agreement metrics.
  3. Experience working with large datasets and ability to scale analyses as data volume grows.
  4. Familiarity with business intelligence/visualization tools like Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, or Power BI.
  5. Experience in cloud data environments such as Google Cloud Platform preferred.
  6. Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
  7. Ability to support client meetings and collaborate with internal teams.
  8. 3+ years of experience in quantitative roles, preferably with analytics or consulting background.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  10. SQL skills must include querying, manipulating, and managing data within relational databases.
  11. Statistical knowledge includes understanding probability, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  12. Databases and data warehousing knowledge is essential for managing large datasets.
  13. Effective written and oral communication skills are necessary for conveying information.
