Digital Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to transform large, unstructured datasets into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and can turn complex raw inputs into reliable reporting systems.

The job involves cleaning and standardizing data from multiple sources, building structured reporting libraries, and generating performance reports that highlight key marketing and media metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a library of naming conventions, delimiters, and structured datasets for consistent reporting.
  • Create and automate pivot tables and calculated fields for metrics such as SAC, CTR, conversion rates, post-click vs. post-view performance.
  • Generate daily/weekly Excel-based reports segmented by placements, channels, and shows; enable quick trend comparisons (e.g., week-over-week, comp shows).
Requirements
  • Advanced expertise in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, custom calculations, data cleaning).
  • Experience analyzing large, unstructured datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Amazon Advertising, retail app data, DSP/ROS feeds).
  • Strong ability to standardize naming conventions and build structured libraries for data inputs.
  • Proficiency in creating pivot tables, calculated fields, and performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, CVR, SAC, Gross Adds).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL (joins, grouping, data transformations).
  • Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Basic scripting skills for data automation.
