Job Title: Store Assistant


Description:

  • Directly report to the respective store head.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store by mopping floors regularly and cleaning glass windows during lean hours.
  • Implement current good warehouse practices to control and minimize bad orders and mishandling of stocks.
  • Adhere to FEFO (first expiry first out) and FIFO (first in first out) policies in our stores.
  • Regularly monitor merchandise on display, ensuring it is in place and not disarrayed.
  • Be knowledgeable about product locations, assist customers in finding what they want, and provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
  • Avoid unprofessional behavior, such as talking to colleagues or using cellular phones during duty hours.
  • Remain alert and follow policy for bad orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
