Job Title: Scrum Master Leader

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile expert to lead our scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the teams.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to team members, enhancing their skills in Agile methodologies.
  • Promote transparency and accountability across teams in technology projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology landscapes and industry trends.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to engage diverse teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and removing barriers for teams.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced technology-driven environments.
  • Formal Agile certification is an asset.
