Job Description

This is a role in which you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring that the data we have is accurate and efficient.

We are seeking an individual who can manage account reconciliations, payment monitoring, contract administration and application assessment, as well as maintain and improve financial data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across all business accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform inter-company transactions and reconcile books across entities.
  • Support end-of-month and year-end reporting with reconciled data, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Financial Reconciliation & Reporting

The person in this role will be responsible for performing daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations of all business accounts. They will also be required to support end-of-month and year-end reporting.

This includes managing inter-company transactions and reconciling books across entities.

Invoice & Payment Processing

The successful candidate will be responsible for approving and processing customer and operational invoices in our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

They will also manage supplier payments, expense reimbursements and payment scheduling aligned with cash flow priorities.

  • Create and edit customer payment schedules based on variations, cancellations, upgrades or early payouts.
  • Assess applications for B2B contracts, verifying financial viability and compliance with our business criteria.
  • Register and discharge PPSR as required and document all contract-linked transactions.
Collections & Customer Finance Support

The person in this role will be required to monitor overdue accounts and support collections activities with our operations and management teams.

They will also process dishonour fees, administrative charges and other account adjustments as needed.

Systems & Process Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integration between our accounting system and external payment platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

They will identify opportunities for automation, reporting improvements and process optimisation.
