Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Architect Role
Join us in this exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Technical Architect on our Dynamics 365 team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing various modules of D365 CE (including Power Platform) working closely with client teams and business stakeholders.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform technology stack, with a minimum of 12+ years of proven experience in IT. They should also possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Organise, execute, manage and document workshops, meetings and requirements sessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders, business analysts and consulting team.
* Interface effectively with other members of the consulting team to arrive at best in class solution, and provide a sustainable and scalable solution architecture and application to meet client's requirements.
* Deliver high quality business and software solutions & services to clients ensuring the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/ customizations.
* Ensure completeness in meeting business requirements and take accountability for project deliverables including and not limited to project documentation, solution design, performance, reliability, testing features etc.
* Contribute to activities as required including technical presales, building demo and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations.

Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have:
* A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline;
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) AND/OR Power Platform Certifications are desirable;
* Strong technical & functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform technology stack covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors;
* Minimum 12+ years of proven experience in IT which includes end to end implementation experience in either of Dynamics CRM / Power Platform solutions;
* Strong and proven experience in developing solutions that involve Power Platform (including Power Apps like Canvas, Model driven etc., Power Automate, Power BI etc.);
* Good understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service;
* Experience of consultancy roles in software delivery;
