Our organization seeks a skilled System Administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of virtual machines across Proxmox and VMware environments. This individual will be responsible for ensuring uptime, performance, and security of Windows Server and Linux systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Active Directory management, storage systems, and troubleshooting escalated infrastructure issues. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining virtual machines across Proxmox and VMware environments
  • Supporting Windows Server and Linux systems to ensure uptime, performance, and security
  • Administering Active Directory and storage systems
  • Handling escalated infrastructure issues and providing timely resolutions
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver clear and professional communication

Required qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux
  • Hands-on experience with Proxmox and VMware virtualization platforms
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, networking, and storage systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
