Job Title: Sales Loan Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and engage with them through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Clearly explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the personal loan industry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or target-driven sales environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software applications.
  • A stable internet connection, quiet home office environment, and reliable computer/headset setup are essential.
