Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing workpapers, generating financial reports, and ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy in all aspects of bookkeeping tasks.
  • Communicate with clients as needed to gather information, clarify discrepancies, and provide exceptional service in managing their accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Xero and familiarity with other accounting software like MYOB or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
