Key UI Design Position

Summary: We are seeking a skilled UI Designer to create user-friendly and visually appealing online experiences that meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and meticulously documented.
  • Create detailed documentation and guidelines for designers and engineers to incorporate design components and patterns into their projects seamlessly.
  • Refine user interfaces to align perfectly with our brand identity, bringing our high standards of user experience to life.
  • Pursue continuous improvement to achieve the pinnacle of usability and visual appeal.
  • Capture and translate design into detailed technical specifications to ensure a smooth transition and understanding between design and development teams.
  • Expand and tailor the design system to new design needs and challenges as they arise.
  • Clarify and communicate design intentions and workflows through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
  • Validate design concepts and refine user flows based on real feedback using prototyping skills.
  • Guarantee products meet the highest standards of visual and functional excellence during the design QA process.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a UI Designer with a solid portfolio.
  • Technical skills in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong handle on design systems and ability to add own touch and make them better.
  • Ability to bring ideas to life with interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to detail and pride in crafting flawless design solutions.
  • Strong skills in motion animation and creating illustrations and icons.
