Senior UX Designer

This role entails taking ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes through to final visual design and implementation support.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.

Advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle, using data and insights to guide decisions.

Stay current with UX/UI trends, best practices, and tools to continually raise the design quality bar.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Design user-centered experiences that meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing for accessibility.
