We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kares International. This critical role involves coordinating day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development of effective HR policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinated daily HR operations, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior staff.
  • Maintained accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, payroll information, and benefits data.
  • Provided administrative support to senior HR staff, including preparing reports, coordinating training, and facilitating meetings.
  • Developed and implemented effective HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conducted research and analysis to inform HR decisions and recommendations.

We require a highly detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software applications.
