Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Operations and Wholesale Sales Coordinators
  • Coordinate with retail doors nationwide regarding daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner
  • Check and review files and records
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Coordinate with vendors and store key people regarding events, promos and concerns
  • Receive and send memos from suppliers and stores
  • Process BOM letters/contracts from suppliers, suppliers to stores, vendors etc.
  • Receive samples items of suppliers
  • Prepare monthly reports on top brands encoding, getting traffic and buyer stats
  • Update mall and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate provincial fieldwork activities of Head of Operations
  • Coordinate meeting schedules of Head of Operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
