Description:

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Employee Compensation Processor to join our team. As an Employee Compensation Processor, you will be responsible for processing payroll data, reviewing timesheets, and ensuring accurate compensation for employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll data from electronic time clocks, review downloaded information for completeness and accuracy, and maintain payroll records by collecting date from sheets and other records.

  2. Maintain employee information, charges in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings, deductions, job titles, and departments on the payroll system.

  3. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information on designation records.

  4. Perform all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or Associate degree is required, along with 1-2 years of payroll experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook applications is necessary, as well as effective interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Experience in ADP or Kronos UKG is preferred.
