Job Description

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to manage our company's financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and up-to-date financial statements, conducting general accounting tasks, and utilizing knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct routine accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and tracking expenses.
  • Utilize knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide support during financial audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks.
  • Experience working within the Bill.com platform.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting, depreciation models, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in data analysis and cost-benefit analysis.
