Our Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a driven Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The right individual will be responsible for overseeing and scaling our paid media channels, primarily LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles, with hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus). They should have a proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level position that involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, lower CAC, and ensure that our brand reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Responsibilities include managing paid channels, conversion-focused campaigns, ad creative & copywriting, landing page optimization, analytics & reporting, budget management, audience targeting, and experimentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools. Fluency in English is required, and experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
