Job Opportunity: Marketing Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our team in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and customer acquisition.

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Branch Marketing: Support or promote branch expansion through effective marketing strategies.
  • Leadership: Lead, motivate, and guide a team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop marketing strategies to support branch growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong internal and external communication to support marketing objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the financial, lending, or service industry.
  • Skills: Data-driven, strategic thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, CRM familiarity, and proficiency with digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, YouTube).
  • Leadership: Prior supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
  • Customer Focus: Emphasis on understanding customer needs, especially pensioners; willingness to travel to branch offices.
