We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Integration Services Manager to lead the design, development, and management of our enterprise-level integration solutions. This is a key leadership role where you will guide a team of integration specialists and developers, ensuring robust and scalable connectivity across our cloud and on-premise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of integration developers and architects. Define and implement our integration architecture strategy, ensuring solutions align with key business and IT goals.
  • Solution Architecture: Act as a technical expert, architecting and overseeing the development of high-performance integration solutions. Drive the use of core integration technologies, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
  • Technical Governance: Champion and enforce best practices in integration patterns, error handling, security, monitoring, and governance. Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units, application owners, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver seamless integration solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • Innovation & Growth: Promote a culture of continuous learning and stay up-to-date with the latest integration capabilities to drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise integration
  • Deep expertise in integration technologies, including Azure Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, and Event Grid
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM or Bicep templates
  • Proficiency in Core Technologies: Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and various messaging protocols
  • Security & Hybrid Integration: Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and experience with hybrid integration scenarios (connecting on-premise to cloud)
