Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month showcasing the company's brand and client work.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Report on campaign performance using key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience in HubSpot, email marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Design Expertise: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging blog posts, social media content, and case studies.
  • Lead Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with lead scoring and research techniques to support sales teams.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.
