Job Title: Website Consultant

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills?

We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed Website Consultant to provide top-notch support to our clients through various channels. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner, identify problems, and offer solutions that improve their websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients throughout the website production process until their website is launched.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our production team.
  • Ensure projects stay within scope.
  • Report project progress to clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with our Los Angeles office by phone and email.
  • Proactively suggest ways to enhance client websites using industry best practices.
  • Design homepages, inner pages, and custom requests in collaboration with clients.
  • Develop aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that meet user expectations.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with existing and potential clients to promote product solutions based on client needs and budget.
  • Meet team metrics set by management.
  • Be adaptable to sudden changes implemented by management.
  • Share knowledge on how to handle unfamiliar or difficult customer concerns for efficient team performance.

Requirements:

  • Background in customer support with at least 1 year of experience serving U.S./North America customers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Great analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with website content management and internet-related products like web hosting and DNS host management is a strong plus.
