Workplace Engineering Specialist

As a Workplace Engineering Specialist, you will form part of an elite team that designs and develops cutting-edge web-based systems and SAAS solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in at least two of the following areas: Python and Node.js backend web service programming, a solid understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, data analytics and statistical analysis, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, machine learning, and data visualisation.

Key responsibilities include collaborating effectively with a distributed team to create high-quality code for new features, debugging issues, producing well-documented code to resolve them, providing actionable feedback through code reviews, discussing ideas and contributing to finding optimal solutions, estimating work, setting achievable goals, meeting targets, writing project specifications, and epics while considering risks, defining completion criteria, and driving projects to successful completion, mentoring junior members of the team, and consistently seeking opportunities for growth and self-improvement.
