Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex data tasks, ensuring high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Provide expert assistance to clients on location data, using proprietary tools to address advanced issues.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and refine best practices for team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear solutions.
  • Strong English proficiency, including written, spoken, and reading skills, to convey complex information effectively.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is beneficial.
