Job Overview

The Email Marketing Strategist is a pivotal role responsible for crafting and implementing data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs. This involves fostering a positive client experience, maximizing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  2. Develop and execute email, SMS, and retention marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Analyze performance metrics and communicate insights to clients.
  4. Foster strong relationships with clients to drive overall satisfaction and retention.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  6. Collaborate with the Activations team to align strategies and ensure thorough execution.
  7. Upsell and cross-sell services to enhance client marketing efforts.
  8. Share industry insights with the marketing team to position the company as a thought leader.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  1. Strategy Development: Create effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance, and plan for further development.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
  7. Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
  8. Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader.
