We are looking for a skilled Medical Provider Support Officer to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in healthcare services.

About the Job

This position involves working closely with medical providers to implement new technologies and digital solutions that improve their services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, and have experience in marketing and hospital/clinic work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing new technologies and digital solutions to enhance provider services;
  • Providing training and support to provider staff on digital platforms;
  • Resolving integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability;
  • Generating reports and analytics to track integration initiatives' success;
  • Maintaining and organizing Eastwest Healthcare's provider database;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with providers through regular visitations;
  • Managing provider suspensions;
  • Tracking and monitoring outstanding accounts receivable from providers;
  • Facilitating hospital admissions and discharges of EastWest Healthcare members; and
  • Facilitating accreditation of new providers, including hospitals, medical clinics, dental clinics, and doctors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any 4-year Bachelor of Science course;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in marketing, hospital/clinic work, or HMO/Hospital/Clinic work;
  • Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet;
  • A pleasing personality and height as an advantage;
  • A valid driver's license and own motorcycle preferred;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Good understanding of digital solutions and technologies.
