Strategic Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to fill the role of Junior Financial Controller. This position will play a key part in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with departments including sales, HR, and IT.
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured. They will also design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making, work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time, classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility, support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks, take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work, contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements, and continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.
