We're seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute client campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking & Leadership: Understand client business needs deeply and translate them into strategic solutions and experiences that deliver measurable success.
  • Creative & Content Oversight: Bring an eye for creative direction and content development, ensuring campaigns align with both client brand and strategic objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating digital leadership and expertise across brands while driving profitability.
  • Project/Account Management: Oversee project completion by managing risks, finances, and schedules, ensuring each project phase is delivered on time and within scope.
  • Insight & Solution Development: Drive insightful and tactical innovations across digital creative, media, and data, linking them to client brand goals.
  • Translating Client Directives: Accurately interpret client directions, translating them into clear briefs for internal teams and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Digital Solutions & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and consumer behavior trends to develop strategic solutions for clients.
  • Campaign Management: Analyze and manage campaigns across platforms, offering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize performance based on objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term strategies that align with client business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Strong creative/content instincts with an eye for developing and evaluating high-quality creative solutions.
  • Experience in a creative agency environment, particularly on digital and tech projects involving web, mobile, commerce, and strategic consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and monitor client campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals.
  • Expertise in translating client directions into actionable plans and delivering insight-driven, workable solutions to address client needs.
  • Comfortable working with clients across all levels and industries, from C-suite executives to day-to-day contacts.
  • A firm understanding of agile product design, development experience strategy, and success metrics.
  • Strong project/account management skills, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep appreciation for design and user experience that enhances digital solutions.
  • Curious and proactive in keeping up with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices that could enhance campaign performance.
