Job Description

You will manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Your role will involve creating engaging content, responding to messages, and ensuring all communication channels within our app are up-to-date and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive website traffic and sales.
  • In-App Communications:
    • Ensure all notification channels within our app are updated and relevant.
    • Design and implement visually appealing banners and pop-ups.
  • Monthly Marketing Initiatives:
    • Plan and execute monthly email newsletters to customers in Singapore.
    • Develop and execute promotions that drive engagement and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, passion for customer service, and a friendly positive attitude.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
