Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:
">This role involves managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data entry within multiple eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:">- Customer Service:
- Respond to inquiries, resolve order issues, process refunds, and provide excellent support via chat, email, and phone.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Processing:
- Enter, update, and verify orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain stock accuracy and update inventory levels.
- Synchronize data across platforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Returns & Refunds:
- Process return requests and coordinate replacements.
This role requires a strong proficiency in data entry, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems, familiarity with eCommerce platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
