  • Reviewing, verifying, and processing loan application documents submitted through digital channels.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data.
  • Performing audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Generating and sending digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation.
  • Extracting and interpreting data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use.
  • Maintaining secure records of client interactions and processed transactions.
  • Identifying areas of improvement in digital loan processing workflows and suggesting enhancements.
  • Staying updated with current trends in digital tools and loan processing best practices.
  • Supporting the marketing and operations teams with accurate loan performance data and reports.
