We're seeking a Data Expert to provide administrative support, data entry, and database management services. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, secure, and usable reporting for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for database usage questions at the project level.
  • Determine whether issues should be escalated to technical support and coordinate accordingly.
  • Create custom reports based on client needs and collaborate with technical support to develop report templates.
  • Establish data workflows and entry processes that align with client requirements.
  • Provide training to users on database functionality and set up training sessions at project initiation and for new team members.
  • Ensure high-quality data entry through rigorous quality assurance and control activities.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with project teams and technical support to resolve data-related problems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Experience with database systems, including proprietary platforms, is essential.
  • Familiarity with report generation and data imports/exports; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Conducting user training sessions and creating support documentation.
  • Defining workflows and managing user roles/permissions across projects.
  • Familiarity with workflow documentation or SOP creation.
Technical Requirements
  • Laptop/computer with minimum 8 GB RAM
  • Headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Fast, stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps)
  • Current endpoint protection installed and up-to-date
