We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver high-quality technical solutions that address complex business challenges. This role involves analyzing requirements, recommending appropriate technologies, and leading the development of integrated systems. You will play a key role in building scalable, efficient applications that enhance customer experiences.
Job Description
- Develop solution architecture designs that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and implementation.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance application performance and functionality.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and operational best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with expertise in at least two of the following technologies: JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, .Net, or Oracle PLSQL.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API design, and application integration.
- Experience in designing solutions for enterprise applications, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of API platforms like Mulesoft or equivalent is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in mentoring technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of work.
