We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Associate Asset Management Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the physical inventory count (PIC) for ADB assets and supplies, analyzing reconciliation results, and submitting final reports.

  • Key responsibilities also include contributing to the maintenance of Oracle Fixed Asset Registry and eProcurement, processing monthly backcharging reports, and reviewing gate passes.
  • In addition, you will monitor compliance with contract provisions, participate in audit reviews, and implement action plans.
  • You will also contribute to strategic review and planning for Asset Management Services.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, engineering, or related fields, along with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Leadership experience with supervisory skills is also essential, as is in-depth knowledge of policies in asset management and inventory control.
  • You should also have a working knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, as well as excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English.
