Growth Marketing Strategist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms.
This role involves working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, lower customer acquisition costs, and ensure our brand reaches the right people at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Paid Channels: The ideal candidate will own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conversion-Focused Campaigns: We are looking for someone who can build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
- Ad Creative & Copywriting: The successful candidate will develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
- Landing Page Optimization: We need someone who can work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
- Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics, creatives, and channels.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
