Job Description

Drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze advertising campaign data to develop optimization strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, evaluate ROI, identify issues, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Study user behavior data, optimize attribution strategies, and enhance user growth and conversion funnels.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to validate optimization strategies.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to marketing and product teams to improve campaign efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Over 3 years of experience in data science or data analytics, focusing on marketing and user growth.
  • Proven track record working with performance marketing data, including paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), CRM, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, and experience in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing metrics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention, attribution, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to cross-regional collaboration requirements.
