About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Data Quality Specialist to join our team at Advanced Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our sales data.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop Data Quality Standards: Develop and implement sales data quality standards and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Conduct Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, and validation activities to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency, and create training documentation for users to promote data quality awareness.
  • Serve as SME: Serve as a sales data Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting IT initiatives for sales data, and work with data owners to resolve data quality issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with large data sets.
  • Experience with AE's customer data and sales order data is a plus.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including the usage of pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable steps.
  • Proficient organization skills are a must.
