IT Operations Excellence Manager

We seek a forward-thinking IT Operations Manager to drive and coordinate our global IT operations team, focusing on network and identity services within the cloud infrastructure framework. This pivotal role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, incident management, and seamless collaboration across our international IT infrastructure.

This is an active contributor position that requires hands-on technical expertise in either Network or Identity services. The ideal candidate will spend significant time working directly on operational tasks in their area of specialization, while also supporting the team and leading by example with their technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Network and IAM teams in Makati, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of team members to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Technical background in either Network Infrastructure (e.g., Cisco SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Fortigate proxy) or Identity and Access Management (e.g., One Identity Manager, Microsoft EntraID, Identity Providers).
  • Working knowledge of the complementary domain (IAM or Network).
  • Solid understanding of GitOps principles and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
