E-commerce Operations Specialist

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online storefront. Your primary responsibilities include optimizing product listings for clarity and conversion, managing inventory levels, responding to customer reviews, and updating visual content as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Listing Optimization: Enhance product descriptions across all listings to improve visibility and drive sales.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to prevent stock issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer reviews to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Visual Content Updates: Update website banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors to manage inventory, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
- E-commerce Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce tools, including a reliable internet connection and personal PC or laptop with minimum i5 processor.
