Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

This role involves managing and optimizing paid advertising efforts to drive maximum efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.
  • E-commerce Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify-based e-commerce store.
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
  • Implement customer service processes ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Expansion: Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer electronics market.
