We're seeking a talented Java/Kotlin developer to expand our team's capabilities in cloud-based software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing complex systems using modern Java frameworks, as well as working with DevOps concepts like CI/CD and serverless functions.

About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and propose/implement software solutions that meet these needs.
  • Design and build new Java applications for the cloud, leveraging modern deployment concepts such as serverless functions and containerized applications.
  • Implement DevOps practices like continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to ensure rapid-but-robust deployments.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on Java programming.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin programming language.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and ability to design and implement database-driven solutions.
  • Experience with Spring Boot framework and AWS cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of Git version control and GitHub/Bitbucket.
  • Test-driven development skills and ability to write high-quality unit tests.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
